We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD). You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

7. Warranty

Larkfield Global Trading provides a 5-year limited warranty on all furniture products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Larkfield Global Trading Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Site without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Larkfield Global Trading Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or any products purchased through the Site.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or any product exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
